AI Training and Consultancy for Organizations That Want Results, Not Hype

I build at the intersection of finance, technology, and the future. I started inside traditional banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where I learned how the system works from the inside, and where its limits are. That curiosity pulled me into Web3 and blockchain, and I earned a Master’s degree in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain to go deeper. I built a Web3 and blockchain consultancy in Dubai from the ground up, and in 2024 it was acquired by what. AG in Switzerland. Then I made the same bet again, this time on AI. Today I am the Founder and CEO of A Plus, an AI training and consultancy company built on a simple belief: AI should augment people, not replace them. Through A Plus I train and advise government entities, banks, and enterprises across the GCC, in partnership with EY and PwC. I am a certified trainer in AI, Web3, and blockchain, and I have worked with more than 100 clients and helped drive over AED 100 million in investments. I also run LC Capital, a financial and investment advisory practice, because I never left finance. It is the foundation under everything I do: I speak both languages, the boardroom’s and the terminal’s. Dubai has been home for over 25 years. That long-term connection shapes how I build, operate, and think about growth in this region.
